I recently had lunch here and had an exceptional experience. The food was absolutely delicious, with every dish beautifully prepared and full of flavor. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, and the views were breathtaking. A special shoutout to Alberto, our waiter, who was phenomenal. His attention to detail, and friendly demeanor truly enhanced our experience. He made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Cena da sogno in una location semplicemente spettacolare. Abbiamo iniziato con un classico intramontabile: jamón ibérico de bellota accompagnato da pane e pomodoro — un connubio semplice ma perfetto per aprire le danze. Lo chef Manuele ha poi alzato ulteriormente l’asticella con un tris di tartare di ceviche davvero sorprendente: corvina marinata con maracuyá e mais alla brace, sashimi di ricciola e una tartare di tonno con anguria — ogni boccone era un viaggio di sapori, equilibrio e freschezza. Il piatto che ha rubato la scena? Lo spaghetto di tartare di gambero: eccezionale, intenso ma delicato allo stesso tempo. Il tutto esaltato da un’ottima tequila spicy, scelta perfetta per accompagnare questi sapori raffinati. A chiudere, una panna cotta al cocco sofficissima e profumata, il finale dolce ideale per una cena impeccabile. Un grande grazie a tutto lo staff: professionali, gentili e sempre sorridenti. E un plauso alla cucina, che riesce a unire tecnica, creatività e passione in ogni piatto. Consigliatissimo. Torneremo sicuramente.

The atmosphere is idyllic, the service expert and friendly, without airs, and the food, while local has interesting and delicious flourishes. Five stars all around.
